If you want to make the fettuccine even tastier, you can add Parmesan cheese. I prefer to serve them without it to keep them lighter.

Storage

If you have leftover pistachio, porcini, and speck fettuccine, keep them covered in the fridge for 1 day and reheat them in the microwave, or add Parmesan or mozzarella and gratinate in the oven.
