Tips
The pasta I’ve suggested today comes in 4 colors. If you want, you can use other vegetables to achieve the colors you prefer.
To prepare the black fresh pasta, add a teaspoon of squid ink to 100 g of flour and 1 egg.
To get the brown fresh pasta, you can add 1 egg white with 30 g of cooked and blended dried mushrooms to 100 g of flour.
Have fun with seasonal vegetables; you’ll create cheerful and delicious dishes!
