Bread pudding is a bread-based dessert popular in many cuisines, including England, Belgium, Peru, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Mexico, Argentina, Louisiana, and the Southern United States.
This version with chocolate, hazelnuts, and peanut butter is inspired by Matty Matheson, the actor from the popular series The Bear.

Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups sweetened cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 jar vanilla
- to taste ground cinnamon
- to taste ground cardamom
- to taste ground ginger
- 11.5 oz loaf of bread
- 5.6 oz dark chocolate
- 1.25 oz hazelnuts
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons milk

Steps
Melt the chocolate with 3 tablespoons of milk along with the hazelnuts.
Mix the cream with the eggs, add the brandy, vanilla, and spices.
In a 12×8 ceramic dish, create layers with:
cubed bread + cream mixture (press well) + 2 tablespoons of peanut butter + chocolate with hazelnuts + cream mixture + bread + cream mixture + 2 tablespoons of peanut butter + chocolate with hazelnuts.
Bake covered with aluminum foil in the oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
