Ingredients
- 3/4 cup rye flour
- 1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 oz almonds
- 4 oz dried apricots (or dried figs)
- 1 tablespoon mixed seeds
- 1/2 oz instant yeast for savory preparations
- as needed ground cinnamon (optional)
Tools

Steps
Mix all the ingredients and transfer to a bread pan.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
