Tuna and onion pasta is a tasty first course, a lunch- or dinner-saver, very easy and quick to prepare.
A few simple ingredients, always available in the pantry, and a flavorful sauce you can make while the pasta water is coming to a boil make it a delicious last-minute dish that is very simple and quite tempting.

Ingredients
- 11.3 oz pasta
- 1 red onion
- 10.6 oz tuna in oil
- Half glass white wine
- parsley
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of tuna and onion pasta
Put a pot of water on the heat for cooking the pasta.
Prepare the sauce.
Peel the onion and slice it thinly.
Drain the tuna from the preserving oil and roughly flake it.
Clean the parsley with a damp paper towel and chop it.
Warm a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan or wok.
Add the onion and let it turn golden.
Add the tuna, stir and deglaze with the white wine.
Season with salt.
Drain the pasta al dente, reserving a little of the cooking water.
Add the pasta to the sauce and toss for a few minutes, adding the chopped parsley and, if it becomes too dry, a little of the reserved cooking water.
Serve immediately, piping hot, your tuna and onion pasta.
