Little desire to cook… Or simply do you have little time? Here is a fabulous, flavor-packed idea: crostini with sausage and stracchino. As always, simple things are always the best! The crostini are prepared with excellent stracchino cheese and good-quality fresh sausage, which make all the difference! The only problem is they’re addictive — you’d eat them endlessly, perhaps with a good glass of wine and unexpected guests! How to make Crostini with sausage and stracchino
In a large bowl, crumble the sausage, then add the stracchino cheese and mix with a fork.
At this point slice the bread; in my case I used a baguette, but you can also use Tuscan bread or whatever you prefer and eat most often.
Now spread the mixture on each slice and transfer your crostini with sausage and stracchino to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Then bake for 10 minutes in a conventional oven at 374°F, then another 2 minutes under the broiler. Remove from the oven and serve hot!
