Ingredients
- 1 1/3 lb pork loin (sliced)
- 1/2 glass dry white wine
- 3 1/2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic
- leaves sage
- 00 flour
- salt
Preparation of the pork scaloppine with wine
Put a little flour on a flat plate.
Coat the pork loin slices with the flour, making sure the flour adheres well on all sides, then set them aside.
Clean about ten sage leaves with a little damp kitchen paper.
Peel the garlic.
In a large skillet, melt the butter.
Add the garlic and sage leaves and let them infuse for a few minutes.
Add the pork loin slices and let them cook for about ten minutes per side over low heat.
Increase the heat and deglaze with the white wine.
Cook until the cooking juices have slightly thickened, then serve your pork scaloppine with wine immediately, piping hot.
