Air Fryer Roast Chicken

The air fryer roast chicken was another of my cooking experiments with this appliance, resulting in an excellent outcome and success that I did not expect.
The cooking result is indeed very close to that of a rotisserie, really delicious, and with this fryer there are no problems with mess because if you set up the basket properly, you should only have to remove the papers.
I recommend following my recipe, and you’ll have a perfect roast chicken to serve at the table.
The meat stays really tender, actually more tender than that cooked on a spit.
I suggest seasoning it a little before cooking to let it absorb the flavors… the cooking will take about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos, and I will post them on my page with your name.
If you’ve never thought about buying an air fryer until now, it’s the right time to do so.

Put all the dry spices in a blender and grind them, then sprinkle them well around the chicken and wrap it in foil or the paper you bought it in and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours if you can.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 10 minutes and let it warm up.

Once heated, remove the basket and line it first with foil and then with parchment paper; also place the chicken and start cooking at 350°F for about 1 hour and 40 minutes, flipping the chicken at least once halfway through cooking.
