I share with you these very soft cookies that vaguely resemble a bunny. I made these treats with my yogurt shortcrust, I chose a vanilla-flavored yogurt but you can use the flavor you prefer or use the plain one. The bunny cookies are very easy and very delicious. Come with me, let’s start baking.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (I used Type 1 flour)
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Baking powder
Steps
In a bowl, work the yogurt with the sugar, also add the oil.
Also add the baking powder and the previously sifted flour.
The dough will be soft and homogeneous.
Take small pieces of dough, each weighing 1 1/2 oz, and create little rolls about 10 inches long and twist them. At the end, I added a little chocolate.
Place the bunnies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated static oven at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
