I’m sharing with you these very soft cookies reminiscent of a bunny. I made these treats with my yogurt shortcrust, choosing vanilla-flavored yogurt, but you can use the flavor you prefer or even plain yogurt. The bunny cookies are very easy and very tasty. Come with me as we start tinkering.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (I used type 1 flour)
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Baking powder
Steps
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the sugar, and also add the oil.
Also add the baking powder and the previously sifted flour.
The dough will be soft and homogeneous.
Take small pieces of dough of 1.5 to 1.75 oz each and create strips about 10 inches long and twist them on themselves. At the end, I added a piece of chocolate.
Place the bunnies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated static oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
