For a joyful Easter filled with good food, I recommend making this Easter Egg filled with Tiramisu. I filled the egg with a mascarpone and cream mixture, alternated with layers of Pavesini (or ladyfingers) soaked in coffee. You can decorate the egg giving free rein to your creativity! Making this recipe is easy and fun, and the quantities provided below are enough to fill both halves.

Tools

Steps
To make the Easter egg filled with tiramisu, carefully cut the egg in half along the seam with a knife slightly heated over a flame. Be careful when separating the two halves of the egg to avoid breaking them.
In a bowl, pour the mascarpone, cream, and sugar. Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer until you get a smooth mixture.
Create a layer of mascarpone cream inside both halves of the egg. Then soak the Pavesini in coffee and create a layer. Add another layer of cream, then another layer of Pavesini, and finish with a layer of cream. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
When ready to serve, decorate the eggs with unsweetened cocoa, melted white chocolate, chocolate bunnies, and chocolate eggs. Enjoy!
