The recipe for crispy 5-minute mini pizzas is very simple: the usual quick dough with instant yeast, flour, water and oil, then roll out and top with tomato passata, oil and oregano or as you prefer.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup water
- tomato passata
- dried oregano
- 1 tsp instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
Put the flour in a bowl, add the yeast, the oil, the salt and the water, mix the ingredients then knead well.
Move to the work surface and knead until you get a smoother dough, divide it into 6 pieces and roll out thinly with a rolling pin.
Top with tomato passata, a drizzle of oil and oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes or in the air fryer at 356°F for 10–12 minutes.
