Ingredients to make Pasta with sausage and radicchio

  • 11 oz Pasta
  • 2 Sausages
  • 1 head Radicchio
  • 2 oz Onion (about 1/3 cup chopped)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

How to make Pasta with sausage and radicchio

  • Let’s proceed with the preparation of Pasta with sausage and radicchio: wash the radicchio, remove the tough core and cut the radicchio into small pieces.

  • Peel the onion and slice it finely. Remove the casing from the sausages and crumble them into pieces with the help of a fork.

  • Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package.

  • Pour 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into a large skillet and add the diced onion and the radicchio pieces; cook for 5 minutes.

  • Add the well-crumbled sausage and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, stirring to turn the sausage and ensure even cooking.
