Montanarine in the air fryer, a variation on the classic fried mini pizzas. They are one of the most beloved symbols of Italian street food: small fried mini pizzas, soft inside and slightly crispy outside, topped with tomato, Parmesan and basil. What if I told you you can also make them in the air fryer? You’ll get a tasty result, but lighter. This version keeps all the goodness of the traditional recipe with less oil and a simple preparation, perfect for appetizers, parties or casual dinners — you can serve them with puff pastry twists with Philadelphia and bacon and puff pastry bites with spinach and stracchino.
