Ingredients
- 11 oz pasta
- 1 1/4 cups peas
- 5 oz pancetta (in a single slice)
- 3.4 fl oz cooking cream
- 1 onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Preparation of Pasta 3P with cream, peas and pancetta
Put a pot of water on the stove to cook the pasta.
Cut the pancetta into small cubes.
Peel the onion and chop it finely.In a large frying pan heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and let the chopped onion turn golden.
Add the peas, half a glass of hot water, season with salt and cover with a lid.
Let cook for ten minutes, then add the pancetta cubes and let them brown for about ten minutes, stirring from time to time.In the meantime cook the pasta al dente.
Drain it and pour it into the pan with the peas, mix, add the cooking cream and mix again.
Serve immediately, piping hot, your pasta with cream, peas and pancetta.
