  • To start, wash the vegetables and let them drain for a few minutes in a colander. Then, without peeling them, cut the vegetables into coarse pieces and finally slice the onions, removing the outer skin and layer.

  • To finish, transfer all the chopped vegetables into the baking tray and add plenty of oil. After mixing and thoroughly oiling everything, add the salt and bake for about 50 minutes at 356°F, stirring halfway through cooking.
