Simple Tomato Passata

in

This is the perfect opportunity when you feel like making something authentic, homemade, yet very simple like a tomato sauce! It takes very little, just a few tools, and you’re done.

For this sauce I chose beefsteak tomatoes that are quite ripe, perfect for getting a sauce with an intense and strong flavor. You can decide to use it as a pasta condiment or as an ingredient to create thousands of recipes.

In short, making homemade tomato sauce is really a breeze, satisfying, and with a unique flavor that has nothing to do with ready-made sauces!
