Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 7 oz wild asparagus
- 4 oz speck, cut into strips
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- to taste salt
- to taste olive oil
Tools

Steps
Remove the toughest part of the asparagus and cut them into not-too-large pieces.
In a frying pan, sauté the onion for a few minutes.
Add the speck and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the asparagus and cook for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the linguine in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.
Add the cooked linguine to the asparagus, toss together and serve.
Variations
✨ You can puree part of the asparagus to obtain a creamier sauce.
✨ You can replace speck with pancetta or guanciale.
✨ For a milder version, add a tablespoon of ricotta or robiola when tossing.
