Ingredients for the Pasta salad with tuna

  • 11 oz pasta (any shape you prefer)
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 6 oz tuna in oil
  • 6 oz feta
  • 1/2 cup black olives (pitted)
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 sprigs basil
  • to taste salt

How to prepare Cold pasta with tuna

  • Cook the pasta, the shape you chose, in plenty of salted water. Drain it al dente and pour it into a large bowl.

  • Dress it with 3-4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Let it cool while you prepare the dressing.

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes. Cut them into small pieces, removing the seeds and inner juice. Slice the pitted black olives.

  • Cut the feta into small cubes and drain the tuna from the preserving oil. Toss the now-cooled pasta with the feta, tuna, cherry tomatoes and black olives.

  • Also add fresh basil and a few more tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Mix well, cover the bowl and put the Cold pasta with cherry tomatoes and tuna in the fridge until ready to serve.
