  • 6 oz tuna
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Baresane olives
  • oregano

Let’s start preparing

  • Let’s start preparing the grilled eggplants with cherry tomatoes: wash the eggplants, slice them crosswise and grill them on a very hot griddle.

  • Wash the cherry tomatoes, cut them into quarters and place them in a bowl.

    Add the olives cut into pieces and season with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and oregano.

    Now arrange the seasoned cherry tomatoes over the slices of grilled eggplant, add the drained tuna and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
