Semi-whole wheat cake with jam — incredible softness is a dessert that will leave you speechless for its unique texture. As you know, I make many desserts, but rarely do I obtain such a result on the first try: this cake won me over immediately, just out of the oven. I enjoyed it with immense satisfaction and it is perfect for breakfast, for an afternoon snack, or as a decadent after-meal treat. In short, at my home it disappeared in one day, proving to be both indulgent and wholesome.
