- 1 puff pastry (1 sheet)
- 2 potatoes
- 2.1 oz cooked ham
- 2.8 oz provola (smoked cheese)
Steps
Place the puff pastry in a 9-inch pan (about 8.7–9.4 in); you can use either the round or the rectangular sheet.
Grate the zucchini with a coarse grater and spread half of it over the pastry.
Add the ham torn by hand and the provola in slices, then cover with the other half of the grated potatoes.
Fold the pastry over the filling, then bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes. Check the oven and, if needed, lower the temperature to 338°F to avoid burning the top too much.
