Glazed Marble Cake in Air Fryer

Glazed marble cake in the air fryer
I confess that, although I have had an air fryer for some time, I mainly use it to prepare vegetables and muffins and less for more complete recipes, partly out of habit and partly because the oven has always given me more confidence for certain desserts.
Today, however, I decided to step out of my “comfort zone” if you will and ventured into preparing this glazed marble cake in the air fryer… and I must say it was a real surprise!
The result is a soft cake, indulgent and well baked, with that moist and delicious texture you expect from a properly made dessert.
It is not one of those “quick” 20-minute preparations because the baking times are still those of a classic oven cake, but it has the great advantage of handling everything more practically and simply: you can prepare something tasty without heating the kitchen much, so in summer it will be my favorite small oven!
In short, one of those recipes that make you completely reassess the air fryer even for desserts… and something I will probably make much more often!
