  • FOR THE PEPPERS FOR THE FRISELLA 3 Wash and remove the internal membranes and seeds. Slice the pepper and put it in a pan with a clove of garlic and a little extra virgin olive oil.

  • Continue cooking, adding a little water if necessary.

  • Now add the capers and the anchovies, crushing them slightly so they melt into the little sauce that has formed.

  • Keep cooking over moderate heat for another 5–6 minutes, adding chopped parsley shortly before finishing and seasoning with salt and pepper.

  • Here is a ready sauce for the frisella or for a tasty BRUSCHETTA! Enjoy your meal!
