Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 packet vanillin (vanilla powder)

Steps
In a large bowl, sift the flour together with the baking powder and vanillin.
In another bowl, break the egg and beat it vigorously with a whisk.
Add the milk and continue to stir.

Heat a non-stick pan well and pour a ladleful of batter, trying to form a circle.

Place the pancake on a plate and repeat until the batter is finished.
