  • 14.1 oz pre-cooked cherry tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • to taste extra virgin olive oil

Steps

To make Ricotta with Cherry Tomatoes in Air Fryer

  • First, grease a baking pan with extra virgin olive oil and then place the ricotta, whole, in the center of the pan.

  • Next, place the pre-cooked cherry tomatoes around the ricotta in the pan, add salt to the tomatoes, and sprinkle with chives.

  • To complete, drizzle everything with a little extra virgin olive oil and cook in the air fryer at 392°F for 25 minutes.

  • Finally, let it rest for at least 30 minutes before serving at the table!

Use only fresh ricotta, avoiding industrial ones to achieve a perfect result.
