Pesto and Prosciutto Sandwich

Pesto and Prosciutto Sandwich — a very easy summer recipe that’s sure to be a success! In summer you feel like eating something fresh and tasty, but above all quick to prepare; for example I often make sandwiches with tomato and mozzarella or crostini with tomato and stracciatella.
The version today is truly appetizing and versatile: you can use classic bread or a baguette, toast it lightly in a pan and fill it with good pesto — even better if you can make it at home the day before! Add fresh tomatoes, cooked ham and melty cheese. Try them right away and let me know what you think!
