Ingredients
- Half chocolate egg (18 oz (500 g))
- 500 ml heavy whipping cream
- 250 g mascarpone
- 50 g sugar
- 3 tablespoons Lotus Biscoff spread
- 100 g Biscoff Lotus cookies
- 100 ml milk

Make the Lotus cream
First, place the mascarpone, the Lotus cream and the sugar in a bowl.
Mix well with a whisk until you obtain a smooth cream.
Add the heavy cream and whip until you obtain a homogeneous, thick and velvety cream.
Prepare the base
Put a little cream on the bottom of the plate to fix the egg.
Place the shell on top.
First layer
Using a piping bag, make a layer of cream on the bottom.
Soak the Lotus cookies in the milk
place them on top, forming the first layer.
Second layer
Add another layer of cream.
Place another layer of soaked cookies.
Cover with more cream.
Decoration
Sprinkle crumbled Lotus cookies on top.
Place a whole cookie in the center and a little Lotus cream!

Place in the refrigerator for a few hours so the dessert firms up perfectly.
