Prepare the filling
First, finely chop the mushrooms that are already cooked and seasoned to taste.
If needed, you can add a pinch of salt or some spices, according to your preference.
Prepare the phyllo pastry
Take the sheets of phyllo pastry and lay them out on the work surface.
With a brush, lightly brush the surface with a little oil.
Form the squares
Place a bit of the mushroom filling in the center of the phyllo sheet.
Then start folding the phyllo, brushing each time with a little oil so it sticks well.
Continue folding until you form a square.
Proceed in the same way until all ingredients are used.
Cooking
Arrange the squares on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes, until they become golden and crispy.
