The yogurt mousse cup is a delicious spoon dessert, a very light sweet that is ready in no time. I used vanilla yogurt, but you can use any flavor you prefer. Between the layers I added some hazelnut-flavored cookies, but you can also pair it with fruit. The yogurt mousse cup is ideal for a tasty snack or as an after-meal dessert.

Ingredients for the yogurt mousse cup
If you use sweetened plant-based whipped cream, do not add sugar. If instead you use chilled fresh cream, add about 2 2/3 tablespoons (≈20 g) of powdered sugar for every 7 tablespoons (≈100 g / ≈0.42 cup) of cream; simply add the sugar when the cream is semi-whipped.
- 7 tbsp whipping cream (Vegetable or fresh cream)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 8 pieces hazelnut-flavored cookies (to crumble)

Steps for the yogurt mousse
Pour the cream into a container and, using an electric mixer, whip it. When the cream is whipped, add the yogurt and continue working the mixture with the mixer until combined.
Transfer the mixture into a piping bag (or simply use a spoon) and begin assembling the dessert. Crumble some cookies (or whatever you prefer) on the bottom of the cup, then add the cream; continue in this way until all ingredients are used.
The yogurt mousse cups are now ready to be enjoyed.

Storage and Tips
Keep both the cream and the bowl where you will whip it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before starting the preparation. You can replace the cookies with fruit or with toasted rusks soaked in coffee or milk.
