- 2 flatbreads (piadine)
- 2 zucchini
- 7 oz provola cheese
- tomato purée (passata)
Steps
Slice the zucchinis and cook them with a little oil on the grill, in the oven, in an air fryer or in a pan, whichever you prefer.
Place one flatbread in an oiled pan, spread a thin layer of tomato purée, add the zucchini slices, provola slices and cover with the other flatbread.
Add more tomato purée and provola, cook covered for about 5-7 minutes.
