FAQ PUFF PASTRY BOATS with PANCETTA and Zucchini
Can I prepare the puff pastry boats with pancetta and zucchini in advance?
Yes, you can prepare them in advance and reheat them slightly before serving.
Can they be frozen?
Better to freeze them raw, then bake them when needed.
Can I use other ingredients?
Yes, you can replace pancetta with ham or other vegetables.
Should the puff pastry be pricked?
It helps prevent excessive puffing during baking, but it’s not necessary; the weight of the filling will keep it from puffing too much.
