How to make Pan-Fried Spinach with Butter
Let’s begin preparing Pan-fried spinach with butter. First, clean the spinach: if they are small and fresh, remove the root ends and any damaged leaves; if the spinach is larger, also remove the tough stems. Then leave them soaking, changing the water several times—it’s better if you add 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
When they are well washed, drain them and put them into a large skillet without adding anything else. Cook them this way, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes, preferably with a lid.
After 10 minutes of cooking, add 2 teaspoons of butter, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until all the water released by the spinach has evaporated.
Serve the Pan-fried spinach with butter hot.
