Ingredients
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 7 oz butter
- 3 1/8 cups 00 flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/8 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 5 tbsp cornstarch
- to taste strawberries

Steps
Prepare the shortcrust pastry as per the recipe
Make the shortcrust pastry and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Take the dough, roll it out with the rolling pin and cut out discs.
Place the discs into the muffin cups. Prick the surface with a fork.
Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
Put all the ingredients into the Bimby and cook at 194°F for about 7 minutes
Add a few teaspoons of cold custard to each tartlet.
Add half a strawberry to each tartlet.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
