Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 7 oz butter
  • 3 1/8 cups 00 flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/8 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 5 tbsp cornstarch
  • to taste strawberries

Steps

  • Prepare the shortcrust pastry as per the recipe

  • Make the shortcrust pastry and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  • Take the dough, roll it out with the rolling pin and cut out discs.

  • Place the discs into the muffin cups. Prick the surface with a fork.

  • Let rest in the fridge for 30 minutes and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.

  • Put all the ingredients into the Bimby and cook at 194°F for about 7 minutes

  • Add a few teaspoons of cold custard to each tartlet.
