Ingredients for Coconut Treats

  • 1 3/4 cups grated coconut (desiccated)
  • 4 large egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Tools for Coconut Treats

  • Mixer
  • Bowl
  • Parchment paper
  • Spatula

Steps for Coconut Treats

  • To make these fabulous treats

Place the egg whites in a tall-sided container and whisk until frothy; it doesn’t matter if they’re not perfectly stiff. Add the coconut flour and sugar, mix the ingredients evenly.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. With the coconut mixture, form balls of the same size.

  • Bake at 350°F for 5 minutes, with both top and bottom heating. Then stir and finish with another 5 minutes of browning.

You can bake for 12 minutes straight, keeping them covered with foil for those who use it, and removing it for the last 3 minutes to achieve a light browning.

Turn off the oven and remove the treats, wait until they are completely cold before serving.
