  • 2 zucchini
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon spices (mixed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

    First, wash and trim the zucchini.

    Cut them into four pieces lengthwise, then cut each piece in half to make sticks.

    In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs, powdered spices, ginger (if desired), and salt. Mix well.

    Now add the zucchini and mix thoroughly; also add a drizzle of oil and mix again.

  • Prepare the air fryer basket and place the prepared zucchini inside, distributing them so they do not overlap for even cooking.

    Set your air fryer to 356°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes, always check halfway through cooking. (Cooking time depends on the cut of the zucchini and the brand of your fryer.)

    Remove the basket and serve hot.

  • Consume immediately to maintain their crunchiness.
