- 3 zucchini
- 2 salad tomatoes
- 2 mozzarella
- 10 slices of processed cheese
- 1 tablespoon spices (mixed)
- 1 1/4 cups breadcrumbs

Steps for Zucchini Rolls with Tomato and Mozzarella
To bring this excellent side dish to the table, start by washing and drying the zucchini.
Remove the two ends and cut very thin slices lengthwise.
Now on a preheated grill pan, cook the zucchini slices for a couple of minutes, turning them, and place them on a plate to cool.
Once cooled, place a strip of processed cheese on each slice and roll it up.
Now roll them in the breadcrumbs.
Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices as well.
Line a 20 cm (8 inches) pan with parchment paper and assemble with a layer of zucchini, then tomatoes and mozzarella, continuing until you reach the center, finishing with one last roll.
Sprinkle with a tablespoon of mixed spices to your liking, and bake in a static oven at 356°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes.
Remove and serve. Also great warm.
