The creamy lemon mousse is ready in 5 minutes, but if you let it rest in the refrigerator for a few hours it becomes thicker and even better. I always make it the day before.
While assembling the cups I had the idea of rimming the glass with sugar, like you do with cocktails. It works wonderfully: as you scoop the cream with the spoon you also pass over the sugar and everything changes.
Lemon in the kitchen is an obsession for me; I have tons of sweet and savory recipes with this fragrance on the blog.
Among the many lemon recipes published on the blog, I suggest:

- Bowls
- Spatulas
- Graters
Steps
1) Very easily place the thick, creamy lemon-flavored yogurt in a bowl, then add the heavy whipping cream and start whipping everything at high speed;
2) it will take just a few minutes for the liquids to thicken — it’s really very quick!
3) Add the sweetened condensed milk and the Limoncello, and fold everything gently with a spatula.
4) Now wash the lemon and grate the zest, adding it to the mousse mixture.
5) Squeeze the lemon juice and dip the rims of the glasses in the lemon juice, then roll them in granulated sugar.
6) Fill the glasses with the mousse and finally grate a little more zest on top, then refrigerate the lemon mousse until ready to enjoy.
SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS!
Enjoy!

I like to pair this lemon cream with a crumbled meringue to sprinkle on top before serving!
