  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 oz smoked salmon
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1.1 lbs potato gnocchi
  • to taste fresh chopped parsley

Steps

To make Yogurt and Salmon Gnocchi

  • Start by heating a base of extra virgin olive oil in a large pan of at least 12 inches. Once heated, add a crushed garlic clove and let it infuse over medium heat for a few minutes.

  • Next, take the smoked salmon and add it to the pan, continuing to cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes.

  • At this point, add the yogurt to the pan, mix well, and also add the tomato paste. Finally, add the chopped parsley and turn off the heat.

  • To complete, bring water to a boil in a pot and cook the gnocchi for a few minutes until they float. Drain the gnocchi and add them to the sauce in the pan. Finally, mix everything and serve at the table!
