Steps

  • First of all, clean the carrots and potatoes. Then rinse them under running water to remove any dirt and pat them dry with paper towels. Next, cut them into chunks, trying to keep them all the same size. Transfer the vegetables to a bowl and season with salt, pepper and oil, then add a few sage leaves. Mix and transfer everything to a baking dish suitable for air fryer cooking.
