How to make Fish Tartines ready in 5 minutes

To make the Tartines, start by cutting the bread slices into rounds with a round cookie cutter, then divide each into 3 portions. If you prefer, you can also toast the bread.

  • For the first version, coat the shrimp in powdered paprika, then sauté them in a nonstick pan for 1 minute, then set aside. Meanwhile, spread mayonnaise on the tartines, then add the shrimp, chopped parsley and a drizzle of olive oil.

  • For the second version, spread the cheese on the tartines; in my case I used Philadelphia, then continue with a slice of smoked salmon and a drizzle of oil, and finish with chopped pistachios.

  • Third and final version: spread the Robiola on the bread, then fill with smoked swordfish, a splash of lemon and garnish with whole white peppercorns.
