How to make Avocado toast with salmon
Let’s start preparing the Avocado toast with salmon: toast the slices of white bread in a toaster or, alternatively, you can use a nonstick pan.
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Put it on a plate and mash it with a fork, add a pinch of salt and pepper, the lemon juice and 3 tbsps of extra virgin olive oil, mix well until you obtain a smooth cream.
Take the toasted bread slices and add about 2 teaspoons of the avocado cream, spread it and place the smoked salmon on top — better in pieces rather than a single slice as it’s easier to eat.
Wash the chives and cut them with scissors into small pieces, sprinkling them directly over the avocado toast with salmon. Add plenty of pepper and serve immediately.
