- 3.25 tsp instant dry yeast

Steps
To prepare the quick crispy flatbread recipe, start by pouring the water into a bowl.
the white wine,

and finally the instant yeast.
Whisk together,

and mix with a fork until the dough takes on some consistency.
Now knead the dough with your hands,
