Gratinated squid rings in the air fryer with cherry tomatoes are a light and tasty main course. Simple to make, the whole family will really enjoy it.

Ingredients for Air Fryer Squid Rings
- 14 oz squid rings
- 1 1/3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- to taste chopped parsley
- to taste extra virgin olive oil

- 1 Air fryer parchment paper

Preparation of gratinated squid rings in the air fryer with cherry tomatoes
1 – Place the squid rings in a bowl. If using frozen squid rings, thaw them before use.
2 – Add the cherry tomatoes halved and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, parsley and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
3 – Preheat the air fryer to 356°F. When it reaches temperature, place parchment paper in the basket and add the squid rings. Cook for 20 minutes.
If you want to prepare this dish for 4 people, use 800 grams of squid rings (about 28 oz / 1 3/4 lb). Cook them for 20 minutes as well, but stir halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
NOTES
They are best consumed immediately, they taste much better.
You can use the spices and aromatic herbs you prefer based on your taste.
