Tasty Air Fryer Potatoes are a delicious side dish with a slightly different flavor than how I usually make them, especially because I used red potatoes.
Of course you can also use classic potatoes, but I wanted to achieve a subtly different taste.
I chose air fryer cooking, but if you should choose a conventional oven, remember to increase the oven temperature by about 36–54°F.
I decided to cut them not too thin so they become slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, but if you prefer you can slice them thinner to get chip-like crisps.
Thickness will reduce or increase the potatoes’ cooking time.
However you decide to slice and cook them, I’m sure you’ll like them and they’ll win you over.
If you make this or any of my recipes on my blog, feel free to send me your photos and I’ll put them on my Facebook page under your name.

Preparation to make Tasty Air Fryer Potatoes
Wash the potatoes well without peeling them, then drain and dry them. Slice them into pieces about 2 millimeters thick (about 1/16 inch) or to your preferred thickness.
In a small bowl, mix all the spices, then add the mix to the sliced potatoes and toss well — I used disposable gloves and mixed them by hand.
Now take the air fryer basket and, without placing paper liners or additional baskets, pour in the seasoned potatoes and let them cook at 392°F for about 40 minutes.
Cooking times also vary depending on the size of the fryer; mine has a capacity of 6 liters — if yours is larger, the potatoes will be more spread out and will take less time to cook.
When they’re done, serve hot and enjoy!
