The 5-minute rolls to stuff however you like are the perfect dish to bring to a picnic, also great as an appetizer or a tasty dinner to enjoy on the couch or on the terrace when the days get warmer.
The recipe for the 5-minute rolls is very simple: make a quick dough by hand, shape the rolls and cook them as you prefer — in a pan if you don’t want to turn on the oven or in the air fryer.
Once baked, just open them and fill with your favorites — cured meats, cheeses, vegetables — they are tasty and very versatile, a clever idea when you’re out of bread.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- Half packet instant baking powder for savory preparations

They should be about 3/8 inch high.
Place them in an oiled pan or in the air fryer basket, brush with oil and cook at 374°F for about 14 minutes, turning them over.
Cut them in half and fill with speck, mozzarella and salad; if you prefer, reheat them a few minutes in the air fryer.
