Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets (steaks or slices (about 6–8 oz / 170–225 g each))
- 1 lemon
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- black pepper
- salt
Steps
In a bowl or directly on the fillets, brush the salmon with olive oil, add lemon juice, a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of pepper, even whole peppercorns if you like.
Add chopped rosemary (or whole sprigs laid on top) and, if you like, a light touch of garlic.
Preheat the air fryer to 356°F for 3–5 minutes. Place the fillets in the basket (better on perforated parchment paper or lightly oiled).
Place a few lemon slices on top and cook at: 356°F for 8–10 minutes. If the fillets are thicker, you can go up to 11–12 minutes.
