This idea is ideal when you want to prepare a quick dessert with few ingredients but a wow effect. They are also perfect as little treats for unexpected guests or for a homemade sweet buffet, and can be made with either puff pastry or ready shortcrust pastry.

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry (or shortcrust pastry)
- 3.5 oz strawberries (about 2/3 cup, chopped)
- 3 tbsp strawberry jam (about 2.1 oz)
Steps
Lay the puff pastry or shortcrust pastry on the work surface and cut it into 6 rectangles or 8. Place a rectangle in front of you with the longer side facing you.
Make diagonal cuts on the sides and fill the center with jam, add the strawberries in pieces and braid the strips over the filling.
Bake in the air fryer at 356°F for 8 minutes, then turn and cook 2 minutes, or in the oven at 356°F for 12-15 minutes.
