Appetizers on the board ..A varied and plentiful board can be assembled in very little time — I opened a few jars, added what I had at home and the result was great.
I put cold cuts, cheeses, sauces, flatbreads, taralli and fresh and dried fruit. Dried apricots go very well with Grana and aged cheeses. White grapes instead cleanse the palate — useful to start again.
On the blog you already find all the recipes for the individual appetizers to place on the board..that is how to set up a nice board full of food in very short time because, as you can see, I opened jars and did very little with my hands but for all of this (really made in the kitchen) I leave you the recipes that are already on the blog!
Those who kindly follow me know I love making quick appetizers and I always try to invent a new one to set up tables and create new little recipes!

Preparation
To assemble the appetizers on the board the prepared recipes are these below…besides opening a few jars bought at the supermarket:
2) Tzatziki
3) Russian salad (insalata russa)
4) Fig jam
I also added 2 bruschette:
1) classic with toasted bread rubbed with garlic, EVO oil, salt and pepper;
2) dressed with bread browned under the oven grill and topped with chopped cherry tomatoes, a hint of garlic, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and basil torn with your fingers.
I made some small skewers with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella bocconcini decorated with a small basil leaf.
I hope there is an idea you like and I wish you ..,
Happy holidays and enjoy your meal with the appetizers on the board!
