This is the classic fridge-clearing recipe because to make these super quick spicy whole-wheat pennette I simply blended in the mixer what I found in the fridge: a small braided mozzarella, some spicy stuffed green olives and then added a sprinkle of dried oregano. I just boiled the excellent Barilla pennette Barilla and quickly tossed them in a pan with this tasty mixture: a little grated cheese if you like and then to the table!!!

Preparation of Super Quick Spicy Whole-Wheat Pennette
For this simple and very appetizing dish first of all …
Put a saucepan with water and salt on the heat for cooking the pasta. In the mixer, blend the mozzarella with the spicy stuffed green olives.
Now add the oregano and a little extra virgin olive oil. Cook the whole-wheat pennette according to the time indicated on the package.
Pour the flavorful mixture you just prepared into a bowl. Drain the whole-wheat pennette al dente and still moist, then add them to the sauce.
Stir quickly, then add the grated cheese, mixing everything together.
Generously plate the dishes and serve the super quick spicy whole-wheat pennette! Enjoy your meal!
